 To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you double-check your order before placing it, as we are unable to accept returns for items ordered in error.

Returns are only accepted if your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, and we request that you notify us within 14 days of receipt to resolve any such issues.

Please also note that while we take great care in packaging, some treats may be prone to minor breakage during transit. Although we strive to minimize this risk, certain factors during shipping are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding.
